KAD1013206 Mini rear anti roll bar kit.
The Mini with its high roll centre benefits from the fitment of anti roll bars to control unwanted body roll. Anti roll bars helps to prevent this body roll without having to fit or adjust shock absorbers to full stiffness, which in a road car means you can gain performance whilst keeping comfort.
KAD’s anti roll bars fit without protruding beneath the car and are a relativley simple bolt on fit. Supplied with a choice of 5/8” or 3/4" bar diameters and with all of the necessary fitting hardware. The bars themselves are zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
The rear anti roll bar mounts to the back edge of the rear subframe and is a blade type bar, the bar itself is mounted onto replaceable poly blocks. The rear bar will fit irrespective of the type of exhaust silencer used provided a conventional rear subframe is used. The rear bar is fixed ratio with adjustable drop links for preload.
Please note this 3/4" bar kit is designed for fas road/track day/race Minis fitted with the standard Mini drum brake and rear subframe set-up. Anti roll bar kits are also available for other applications,
